Sorry for the long delay in posting, the reality is a number of things are factoring. I just haven't been anywhere where I wore anything special other than jeans, I also don't have an on hand photographer, and I also went to Los Angeles for a week ( I did manage to get some shots in there.) Once I get some shots in I promise I will be posting again. Until then enjoy what I did manage to get shots of.
Like I said I got to go to Los Angeles for a week this month for a bit of a vacation/wedding thingy. I went with my friend David for his cousin's wedding but David and I had a bit of time before and after the wedding to be tourists, hitting all the hot spots and grabbing some shots of them.
I unfortunately wasn't myself most of the trip, I was dealing with a migraine and everything I ingested was making me bloat and feeling kinda fatish. It didn't help that the TSA guy said that I am gonna need a second ticket soon (as in I am about to give birth) <---- SERIOUSLY!!! I mean who says that?! I have tough skin and this isn't the first time that has been said to me so I usually blew it off. Still hurts though. :(
Enough about that crud on to my lovely vacation in sunny LA!

This is what I wore on my flight to LA, I have flown a million times and I really like to be comfy and this is the equivalent to being in pj's. When we arrived in LA our first stop had to be an In and Out, David was dying to go here so we went, the burgers were so-so but it was cool that the restaurant was located at the end of the runway were the planes were coming into land. After getting our grub on we headed over to our hotel to unpack and relax. That night we ate at Buffalo Wild Wings where we had dinner with David's cousin and his bride to be.

On Friday morning, David and I headed over to the Warner Brothers Studio Lot where we reserved a tour of the lot. The tour was pretty cool, I saw a few places that were recognizable from the different shows I have watched over the years, from ER to Friends to True Blood as well as some movie locations.
Our tour guide drove us around the lot and stopped in many of the buildings that were pretty interesting like the furniture and lighting storage, some of the cars used in movies like Austin Powers, Batman and the Grand Torino (which was on loan from Clint Eastwood who owns it now)
After our nice tour we took a drive to the Griffiths Park Observatory, which I have been dying to see since it offers great views of the city and all the surrounding mountains. Plus I love the movie Rebel Without A Cause which was filmed there and getting to see one of the telescopes was pretty awesome too!
That night we met up with David's cousin and a few friends at Universal Studios to hang out for the bachelor party. But I must say, bachelor parties are like Vegas, what happens at bachelor parties stays at bachelor parties.
Stay tuned for part 2 of my LA trip.
