Spotted in Williamsburg
This past Saturday I spent some time with the girls first with Tessa and Chris in Williamsburg, Brooklyn thrifting and then later with them and Stephanie in Flushing for some dinner. Spotted a copy of a Goya painted on a door while walking in Williamsburg, shame that it was ruined by graffiti. I knew this piece really well since my Mom had a really nice copy of this that she had hanging in the house, I new immediately I needed a pic with it. I have a lot of pieces of art hanging around my room from copies of Thomas Gainsborough to Vermeer to original works by my Mom and even pieces Ive painted. I seem to collect pieces of art like I have the wall space of a gallery but I don't so many of my pieces are stored and rotated with the ones hanging when I rearrange things.
